Anissia is a Liberatory Design Consultant and Coach as well as an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator. Her professional background includes teaching, community organizing, participatory research, program evaluation, organizational development, and high design/redesign. Her expertise includes designing and facilitating for equity and culturally responsive leadership, program evaluation and assessment. She holds B.A in Anthropology and a Masters of Education Leadership and Curriculum Development and has 20 years combined years helping facilitate community organizational change in non-profit, k-12 education, and local government.
